Maintenance
Full service Property Management usually entails
a range of administrative tasks, as well as the management and
coordination of maintenance and capital improvement contractors.
This comprehensive approach takes the "day to day" tasks out of the
hands of the Condominium Board and allows them time to plan and make
decisions while SJD handles the everyday tasks and coordinates the
tasks through the MYCONDO1 Portal. This typically includes the

Financial Only Management
The SJD version of financial management excludes
the common area maintenance and capital planning and contract
operations. However, because we are a full service company, we can
consult on an as needed basis for any full service item we would
normally provide on an hourly basis. This gives smaller Associations
the cost savings of partial management without sacrificing the
service when needed.
